10th IBA London Finance and Capital Markets Virtual Tax Conference

Tomorrow, our Luca Romanelli will participate as moderator at Day 7 of the 10th IBA London Finance and Capital Markets Virtual Tax Conference in the panel on “Contested settlements and reliance on ruling and APAs". It will be an interesting occasion to have a look on the very latest judicial decisions where tax authorities have tried to set aside settlements and and depart from ruling previously given.
